We do our best to brew makgeollithat never changes its taste and remainsthe same throughout the year.The limitation that makgeolli had in its development was the short sell-by date of only 10 days. We produce our drinks in a perfectly sterilized system with primary and secondary sterilization treatments, helping us create makgeolli products that can have long-term shelf lives (12 months) and still taste the same as they did right after their production. |
